After earning an MBA, I joined RHI (Fortune 500 Finance and Accounting staffing and consulting firm) and was rapidly promoted to key leadership roles. 2001, I launched a business consulting, accounting outsourcing, and leadership coaching practice. I inspire clients to lead with authenticity and a bold vision while effectively developing and engaging high-performing teams to deliver measurable, sustainable results during the changing demands of the marketplace.

With my engaging, instinctive, and mindful approach - I provide the framework to help leaders navigate business complexities with self-awareness, agency, and emotional intelligence. I facilitate thought-provoking dialogue that prepares leaders to make pivotal decisions. In doing so, I create a supportive environment that encourages open communication and self-discovery.

I played Division-1 college football on a full scholarship and during that time, met and then married my college sweetheart. Our family has grown with two wonderful children, their terrific spouses, and two energetic grandchildren. I am an avid learner who enjoys working out, reading, golfing, hiking, traveling, and exploring the open road on my Harley.
